One of the most important requirements for legal entities working with Google Ads contextual advertising is the availability of closing accounting documents. Google Ads has a representative office in almost every country and a well-established document flow within these countries.
Let's look at the example of Ukraine.
The following legal entity has been opened for the Google Ads service in Ukraine:

If you are a legal entity and have created a payer in your Google Ads account, you will have access to document management with the service.
Google Ads agreement
Upon registration, an agreement for the provision of services is concluded.
Please ensure you fill out all your information accurately when registering and creating your account, as changing your information later will be quite difficult. You will not be able to verify your account, and you will need to go through the payer change procedure.
Bills
When issued, invoices are generated in PDF format and immediately displayed in your personal account.
Acts
Every month, from the 1st to the 5th, closing documents are provided:
- service acceptance certificate;
- account reconciliation certificate.
All VAT tax information will be present in these documents.
Document submission forms
Google Ads service provides two types of document flow:
- Electronic document management (in Ukraine, this is done through the “VCHASNO” service);
- postal document flow (in Ukraine it is carried out through the postal service “UKRPOSHTA”).
All payment transactions and options are available in your Google Ads account, under the "Payment" menu. For privacy reasons, screenshots are not included in this article.
