Recently, a new option called "product protection" appeared in the Merchant Center account settings, which provides the following features:
👉 If the number of products in your feed decreases by a percentage higher than the one set in the settings, the products in Merchant Center will not be removed for at least 30 days. Additionally, a warning about the expiration of the products will appear in the system. It will look like this.
👉 If the number of products in your feed decreases by less than the percentage specified in the settings, the reduction of products in Merchant Center will occur as usual.
When enabling this option, you must clearly understand how much your product count might decrease on average per day, so the system works to your benefit.
