What dynamic remarketing looks like on Facebook / Instagram:
At first glance, dynamic remarketing ads may seem simple, but there’s more going on behind the scenes. These ads display products that users previously viewed on your website. The site sends the necessary data to the Facebook Ads advertising account via a special code, and it in turn shows the product we need in the ad.

What you need to set up dynamic remarketing on Facebook / Instagram?
➊ Register and set up FaceBook Business Manager:
👉 Register your company.
👉 Create a product catalog, where you will later upload your product feed.
➋ Install the Facebook Pixel on your website and set up events:
👉 View product.
👉 Add to cart.
👉 Purchase product.
These are the essential events. If you need more, Facebook will offer them during pixel setup. After setting everything up, check if the event tracking is working correctly using the FaceBook Pixel Helper plugin.
➌ Create and upload a product feed for Facebook Commerce Manager:
👉 Create a feed (a product data file) following Facebook’s recommendations.
👉 You can find a sample feed here.
👉 Make sure to add UTM tags to your product links so the ad campaign shows up in your analytics.
➍ Synchronize the product feed with pixel:
👉 In Business Manager, link the pixel to the product feed in your settings.
➎ Create a campaign for "sales":
👉 Select your product catalog.
👉 In the ad set, specify the timeframe for retargeting visitors after they’ve visited your site.
➏ Launch the ad campaign:
👉 Set the budget and campaign end date.
This type of campaign is called "Sales". Product ads are based solely on the contents of the catalog and linked to the Facebook pixel. You choose the placement of the ad display - FaceBook or Instagram - yourself when setting up the ad group.
