With over 10 years of experience managing more than 500 projects and interacting with over 4,000 entrepreneurs, I never really considered mentoring until one of our clients suggested I become a mentor for him. Shortly after, several other clients made similar proposals.

No matter how skilled a specialist is, there’s always someone higher up they’d like to consult with or seek a more authoritative opinion on a specific issue. Recognizing that there’s someone more knowledgeable is a sign of maturity because some may hold the belief that "I am the best." The world is multifaceted; one person or company simply cannot know everything.
When is mentor help needed?
