Reaching out to Google Ads technical support by phone, as was once possible, is no longer an option. We remember the times when you could dial a number and speak to a representative during business hours, but that option is now gone.
Currently, the only way to contact Google Ads technical support is by sending a message through the platform's interface. Here’s how you can do this from your Google Ads account on a computer.
Steps to contact Google Ads support:
➊ Click the "Help" button in the interface.
➋ In the dropdown menu, click "Contact Google".
➌ Type your question or the word "Other," and then click "Next Step." From the provided question options, choose "Other" again, and click "Next Step" once more.
➍ If you have multiple accounts, select the one you need, after which the system will suggest a contact method.
👉 If support is unavailable, the system will direct you to the forum.
👉 If support is available, you will be offered the option to contact them via E-mail.
Unfortunately, we haven’t seen the live chat option for a while now. These are the realities of technical progress and AI. Many processes are being automated and simplified, including customer service roles in the Google Ads support department. The situation is slightly different with Facebook support. You can read more about that in our previous article.
We hope this article has been helpful. Until next time!
